Personalised Gifts is part of CMCSupplies which is based in the UK and supplies retail household, gifts, electronic goods, toys and clothing.
Our ranges are added to on a regular basis and we offer many items from some of the major suppliers and designers. Our aim is to supply good quality items at a fair price with a fair markup for our company.
Standard posting and packaging is based on the cost of the order and will show in the order details before payment is required. We ship to most of the countries in the world - and will add more as reliable carriers become available.
We process orders within 24 hours (incl Weekends and Bank Holidays) and ship the same working day or the next working day for weekend orders - allowing for any personalising of items you can expect to receive your item 5 - 7 working days after purchase. If your item has not been received within 10 working days then please contact us - firstname.lastname@example.org For orders outwith the UK delivery is usually 7 - 10 working days, but can take up to 25 working days in more remote areas.
Our stock is updated daily and items will be removed from sale when numbers are low. Should an item be out of stock we will let you know and give you the opportunity to either cancel your order or ship the items in stock with the out of stock one to follow when available (at no extra cost to you of course)
Secure Ordering and Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards via secure servers. Your payment card details are not given to us and we cannot access them via the payment processor who simply confirms to us that the details supplied have been verified and the address is confirmed.
Please note that 'CMC Supplies' will appear on your statement as we are part of the same company.
If you wish to return a UK order you must advise us within 14 days of receiving the order and include a reason for the return. Once you have notified us you should return the item within the next 14 days. Please note that we do not cover postage costs and it is recommended that items are returned via Recorded or tracked mail to ensure safe receipt. All non-faulty returns must be in original condition and include all original item packaging. Upon receipt the item will be checked and your refund processed within 14 days.
Please note that personalised items can only be returned if faulty.
