We are Personalised Gifts, part of CMC Supplies (you can see our NON-personalised gifts and good feedback at http://cmcsupplies.ecrater.co.uk/ ).
Nothing makes a gift more special, and the recipient feel more special, than a personalised greeting. It turns a gift into something that can be cherished forever and marks a special event in their lives.
With that in mind, we offer a range of items that can be personalised, from the usual mugs to the more unique eg our home and kitchen range with funny aprons and wooden cutting boards.
Our personalising of a gift takes a maximum of a few days so most gifts will be with you quickly and for those who want a 'ready to go' mug with an appropriate message they can be with you even quicker!
We accept online payments via credit / debit cards via the secure servers of Stripe, a large payment processor, and we accept money orders and cashier cheques if you prefer, although delivery time will be a little slower for these as they are banked initially to aid verification.
NB. We offer a gift wrap service and posting to non-billing addresses - meaning you can send gifts to friends and family that are some distance from you and know that they receive something special from you.

Is My Item In Stock?
Our stock is updated daily and items will be removed from sale when numbers are low. In the event that an item has become unavailable we will contact you to either cancel the order or ship with the missing item following on at a later date - there will be no additional shipping charge for this item.
Is My Payment Secure?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via the secure servers of trusted online payment processors. Your payment card details are not given to us and we cannot access them. They confirm to us that the details supplied have been verified and the address is confirmed.
We also offer additional payment options - money orders and cashiers cheques. Please add a few days to your estimated delivery to allow for these items being verified before an order is processed.
How Much/Fast Is Shipping?
Standard posting and packaging is based on the cost of the order and will show in the order details before payment is required. We ship to most of the countries in the world - and will add more as reliable carriers become available. We process orders within 24 hours (incl Weekends and Bank Holidays).
UK - we post Royal Mail 48 Hours for smaller items and use couriers for larger ones.
Europe - delivery is usually 3 - 10 working days but it can take up to 20 working days for more remote areas. If your parcel fails to arrive within 25 working days please contact us.
USA / AUS / Rest of World - Your item will be sent via Royal Mail International Signed For and should arrive within 10 working days.
Please note we do not ship to Post Office box numbers other than Forces eg BFPO. British Forces addresses must have the full title of the service person it is being sent to. They must have a registered BFPO number and must not contain a UK postcode as the delivery is made by the BFPO number alone whether it is going to the UK or an overseas base.
The above times do not include any time-frame for personalising an order, they are just the usual time frames for shipping parcels.
Do You Offer Express Shipping?
Yes, but due to using different couriers in different countries you will need to contact us ( email@example.com ) for a quote. Please provide item name, your location and when item is needed by. Please note we do not express ship to all countries, it just isn't feasible, but we are happy to quote when we can.
This service applies only for 'ready to go' items ie not ones that require personalising.
How Do I Get My Item Engraved / Personalised?
When ordering there is a box on the website for notes and comments, etc as part of the order process - please add your engraving details to the notes - noting what you want on each line etc Please note that a space counts as one character.
We will send out a confirmation email on receipt as well, just to let you know we have the details.
Warning: please double check your personalisation as how it appears on the order will be how it appears on the product, including spacing and punctuation. Please do not include accents and special symbols as some of our processes will not allow this. This includes accents above and below the alphabetical or numerical text.
These are the general timeframes for engraving/personalising items and we always send an email once the item has left us so you will know it's on its way. Any item that has a shorter or longer work time will say so in the item description.
Dispatched within 24 hours: Cards, Chocolate Bars
Dispatched within 48 hours: Selected Mugs
Dispatched within 1-3 days: Engraved, Printed Items, Embroidered and Candles
Dispatched within 3-5 days: Ceramic and Printed Glass
**Please note that at busy times, especially Christmas, these work times will increase slightly.
